• Launch an AI & Future Skills Accelerator with workshops on tools like ChatGPT, data analytics and AI in business led by alumni, faculty, and industry experts.
• Working with PCS to advertise more MBA internships and job roles.
• Training sessions on public speaking, personal branding and networking.
Mentorship That Delivers
• Grow a structured 2-Year Mentoring Chain, connecting 1st years with 2nd years and alumni for academic, social and career guidance.
• Provide goal-setting frameworks, regular check-ins and networking events to ensure meaningful mentoring relationships.
• Pilot the scheme with small cohorts, then scale based on feedback and impact.
One AMBS Community
• Host monthly inclusive socials in Manchester and beyond (e.g. London, Lake District) with diverse activities to suit all students.
• Inter-business school socials with LBS, Oxford & Cambridge.
• More social events with 2nd year MBA students.
